This U-bolt hitch tightener is designed to help reduce play and rattling between a compatible square hitch shank and receiver. A black clamping plate and silver-tone U-bolt secure around the hitch assembly, as shown in the installation photos.

Fit and Installation
For compatible square-shank receiver hitch assemblies with sufficient clearance for the U-bolt and clamping plate. Check the shank dimensions, receiver lip and available mounting space before purchase. The clamp supplements the existing hitch connection; the required hitch pin and retaining clip must remain installed.
